Dale Wm. Fedorchuk, Q.C.- Founding Partner
Dale Wm. Fedorchuk, Q.C., has provided legal services to clients in Alberta since 2001 and Manitoba since 1984. Throughout his career, he has litigated criminal and civil cases in the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal in both Alberta and Manitoba. He has also litigated cases in the Supreme Court of Canada. Dale is pleased to offer criminal and civil litigation services to clients in Banff, Canmore, Cochrane, Okotoks, Airdrie and Calgary, as well as servicing other communities in Alberta and Manitoba.
Dale was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1984 and practiced litigation in Winnipeg until May 2001, where he was a partner at a well-known firm for 11 years. He moved to Calgary in May 2001, and was called to the Alberta Bar in July 2001.
On February 24, 2010, Dale was granted the honour of a Queen’s Counsel designation at a combined sitting of the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal in Calgary.
In addition to his legal activities, Dale has taught First Aid for the Red Cross, trained Rescue (SCUBA) Divers, and loves to golf, ride horses and white water raft.

Ramai L. Alvarez - Lawyer
Ramai completed her law degree at the University of Arizona in 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Pepperdine University. She became a member of the State Bar of Arizona in 2003 and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2017. Ramai served the people of Arizona as a prosecutor for nine years before entering private practice as a criminal defence lawyer. During her career, she has prosecuted and defended sexual offenses, offenses involving children, theft, violent crimes, and homicides. Ramai has extensive trial and courtroom experience. Ramai also taught trial advocacy courses for Arizona prosecutors.
Ramai loves spending time with her family, watching her son play hockey and cheering for the New York Jets football team.
